Roadside Assistance


Nothing is more inconvenient than breaking down. if your truck or bus has some unexpected failure, whether its a non start at your facility, a blown 'anything', causing your truck to be stuck at the side of a freeway, or even a flat tire, our road side service is a free feature when you sign up for a fleet maintenance program with us.



We cover all of Southern California, and Nevada. Our mobile repair trucks are based out of the Inland Empire, Orange County, LA County and Las Vegas. Roadside assistance is only available to customers who sign up with one of our fleet maintenance programs.

PLUS BENEFIT (OPTIONAL)


Adds up to $300, $500 or $750 (depending on the option selected) of increased coverage per claim. Limitations of the basic RAP apply. The "Plus" benefits apply to the total per claim (total) amount and are NOT an extension/increase of each individual sub-limit although the benefit may be applied to underlying sub-limits until "Plus" benefit is exhausted.

LIMITATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP



Limitations:

  • Claims must be breakdown related and incurred over the road.
  • Coverage applies to tractor /power unit.
  • Service must be performed by a licensed provider
  • Maximum payable benefit per incident is $750 (plus any selected RAP+ benefit option). Limit of 5 claims per enrollment year.
  • Accidents/Maintenance/Weather/Acts of God/ After Treatment/Emissions System related issues (EGR, DPF, SCR, DEF Fluid, etc.) or similarly related claims are NOT covered.
NO COVERAGE for any service not specifically listed above.

Claims:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
  • Claim submissions must contain the following information:
    • Brief description of incident
    • Invoice for incident submitted for reimbursement with a valid VIN # of the covered unit
    • Proof of payment of the incident invoice
    • Proof of breakdown invoice/receipt with a valid VIN # of the covered unit
    • Proof of payment for breakdown repair
